Marzia Genesi is a brand founded in 2014. Its identity draws inspiration from the world around it and reality provides ideas and suggestions for its fashion works: paintings, pictures, urban skylines. Contemplation of nature is a muse, a fascination that creates a boomerang full of colors  which become its style’s mood. Pattern design and research on fabrics are the real strenght of Marzia Genesi brand. Elegance, grace, charm. Marzia Genesi does not disguise women, but clothes them and gives each one of them a chance to get in touch with their own femininity. Creativity cannot disregard  relation, affectivity and respect for the woman’s identity. Just like in old-time ateliers, she is the center around in which the whole artistic work revolves. From this research a new style is born, de-structured, multifaceted and versatile.

To shop at the Marzia Genesi online store you need to be 18 years old or over and possess a valid credit or debit card that we accept.

By placing an order, you are accepting the Marzia Genesi contract and terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. You will have the opportunity to double check and adjust your order before the final confirmation step, so don’t worry if you make a mistake or change your mind about anything.

The language of the contract is English and we will sell our collections in Euro (€). Our virtual shop space is designed with your convenience in mind, so we have included filters which enable you to shop by garment and colour, as well as a personal wishlist where you can save your favourite items to buy later.

When you are ready to place your order, you can either use our guest checkout where no registration is required, or you can create a password-protected account where we will save your name and billing address for the next time you visit. If you would like to change your details at any time, you can do this in the ‘My Account’ section, which is also home to your wishlist and where you can track the status of your orders in ‘Order History’.

Change of existing order

We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact the Marzia Genesi Customer Service team as soon as possible, who will be happy to help you.

If your order has already been despatched from our warehouse before you can cancel or change it, simply return it to us for a refund when you receive it and place a new order.

Change of country setting

If you are shopping in a different country to where you would like your items delivered, you can always change this at the top of the web page, where it says ‘Shipping To’. If you have already added items to your shopping bag they will not disappear if you change your shipping destination. Please note that all the prices, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to.

If you need to change the country your order is being sent to when you are already in the first step of the check-out, you can do this by selecting your chosen country in the shipping address field. Based on the information you put in this field, the prices, VAT, shipping times and shipping costs will be automatically updated.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file sent from a website and stored locally on the visitor’s hard drive, in this case, your computer. We use cookies to save information such as the country you selected during your first visit and if you choose for your log in details to be remembered for future visits. This means that you don’t have to select your country or re-type your username and password every time you visit us from your personal computer. We will only take payment from your credit/debit card or Paypal account when your order has been dispatched. The currency used is Euro (€). All prices and product information on the Marzia Genesi Online shop are subject to change and some garments are only available in selected stores.

Please note we only accept cards issued in the countries that Marzia Genesi Online ships to, as well as Norway, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Security

For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.

Invoice payment

In selected countries we also offer payment via invoice. When paying with an invoice, your transaction will be processed by a third party company, dependent on your country of residence.
Currently, this service is available in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden and Denmark. We offer Standard Delivery to Italy, delivery is 10 €.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on our courier website.
Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days after placing your order.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

EUROPE

We offer Standard Delivery to Europe countries, delivery is 15 €.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on our courier website.
Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 4 to 6 working days after placing your order.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Extra EU

We offer International shipping with Courier, delivery is 25€.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our distribution centre for use on our courier website.
Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 working days after placing your order.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
We ship outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, including  IT VAT.
These charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order.
